Bought this to provide a better contrast in the "world" areas for my ants to explore. The colour is good and even and the sand is nice and clean, I washed some and there was no cloudiness in the water, something I have found in other products, something that reassures me.For the floor of my ant area I found the grain size to be ideal.

Great value compared to others available - looks really nice - remember to rinse it really well first otherwise your water will cloud but overall very good

No split packaging like in other reviews

Bag is likely to come with a hole in it, probably not the sellers fault but it's very messy even before opening the package. It's cheap but consider alternatives if you don't want to clean up after it spills sand on the floor through the parcel. Nice sand though

Much better in tank for both tropical and cold water than gravel. Stays clean, doesn't bother the fish looks much nicer than gravel

I really like this stuff. Washed it once, very clean, looks great and easy to clean. Great price too!

Great looking gravel..It's fine if you thoroughly wash it.I went back and bought more.
