The first time that my daughter went to charge it, it wouldn’t charge. Since it is past the return window, I can’t return it. Clarisonic went out of business in September 2020, so there is no warranty on the product. Amazon has no business selling them. The customer has no recourse on defective products, unless they break within the return window. I am upset with Amazon for selling this garbage!

My only other gripe is that I wish it came with more brush head options included, but luckily, there are plenty available for purchase separately.Overall, the Clarisonic Mia 2 has been a total game-changer for my skincare routine. It’s transformed my skin from dull and lackluster to glowing and radiant, and I couldn’t be happier. This is the second time I've bought a Mia in the past year. The first stopped working after close to a year. The second one stopped working days after the return period closed. As others mentioned, won't turn on and won't charge. No response from the seller.

My house burned down on January 8th and my very first Clarisonic was destroyed. I had that for 20 years, my replacement is just as good plus it’s pink.

Mine too, stopped working after a month of gentle use. My 1st Mia2 lasted me for over 4 years. This one however, is a trash. :(

After only one month would not accept a charge.I had a previous Clarisonic and it lasted over 5 years. This one is a piece of junk!!!
