Would buy again. It's got good density and feels like a medium soft. Kind of like a foam mattress. I don't have a good picture of how they look now since I'm doing this review from work but I got the sad picture from when I first opened the package last week and they didn't have time to settle yet. I bought some silky pillow cases 20x54 or whatever size these pillows are and they are now my favorite pillows. They feel so nice. They feel like quality overall even without pillow cases. I use them as back and arm rest support or to divide the bed and keep the wife away from getting too close and making me sweat, lol. Funny part is she doesn't mind cuz she likes the way it feels. She's pregnant so she also uses it for support. I do have to warn the pillows do look very disappointing at first they are basically paper thin and then grow with time until they look nice and plump after a few days. Added pictures of what to expect at first but they settle nicely into a plump shape over time. Shake em up to even out and fluff the interior foam bits a bit. They also got that foam mattress smell at first but it fades away within that first week.

I love these pillows, although, I had to rip them open to take some of the filling out, because they are too thick for my back and hip problems. But, I'm keeping the filling in case they become flat at some point, and I can put it back in. I got some pillowcases with a zipper closure, to put over the pillow and the end that I opened, so the filling doesn't come out. I also love the color of the pillows, as my favorite color is any shade of purple. :) Will buy again, when/if needed! I will never go back to regular body pillows!

Not bad! It's comfortable but, alas, I was too small to cuddle the pillow. It cuddled me instead. Such is the life of a petite shortie. 😩😂

Waaaay better than the polyester fiber filled body pillows that go flat right away. This is a decently firm memory foam chunk pillow. It isnt shredded fill, its more like rectangles. It fluffs up fine when you unpack it and best it up for a minute to move everything around inside. Had that lovely factory stink on it for a couple of days, but that faded. The one I ordered has a pillow case that is removable. I notice the quilted ones dont appear to be removable. Anyway, I am a solid guy who managed to screw up lumbar and cervical spine. I need to keep my arm lifted while side sleeping and my knees separated. I was using two poly fill pillows and they usually wound up on the floor a couple of hours in and the spine/nerve pain would wake me up... Now this monster is 5lbs, which doesnt sound like much for a 50" pillow... but it weighs a lot more than those cotton candy suckers I was using. This is good because it stays in place. Firm enough to keep my knees from touching, soft enough to not get sore. I would buy it again.

Seems to be of good quality, good length for side sleeper support. Lacking enough memory foam filler to fully fill outer case.

This pillow is amazing keeps its form and is super comfortable. Well worth the money.
