I have an Ooni pizza oven and this pan is great. Mainly used too roast vegetables and works a treat.

Nice and heavy, this can chargrill a steak on a cheap electric stovetop while keeping the inside rare. The handle being removable means it doesn’t heat up during cooking which makes handling a lot easier.I went for the stainless steel trivet due to reviews about the bamboo trivet breaking.Cast iron requires more care and maintenance, but they really are the best and this pan is a great example of it. Great for the price.

I was very skeptical at first, it took a while for the seasoning to stick.Making eggs at first was a nightmare of scraping, but now after a week or so, it’s great!i couldn’t recommend it enough!it looks beautiful, different from all other cast iron pans!it’s not very deep but that means the water evaporates quicker, leaving a better sear.very sturdy and heavy, amazing heat retention!i used avocado oil for the seasoning.

Bought this for my father in law who was very excited to use with his pizza oven, Great size and could easily cook a steak on it.

Used this camping on open fire. Solid skillet, used it numerous times and although it’s heavy it’s coming with me every time
