I ordered this Bob's Red Mill 64oz Organic Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal to increase my Omega-3s and fiber intake. 2 tablespoons contains 2430mg of ALA and 3g of fiber. I add 2 tablespoons to my morning oatmeal. It has a nutty aroma and mild taste. It's an easy way to add healthy flax to your smoothies, oatmeal, salads, etc. I am very happy with this ground flaxseed.
