I have been taking the Maitake mushrooms for two months now and have seen noticeable improvements regarding my fatigue levels. I used to be so beat after work that I regularly fell asleep on the sofa by 7pm, but after just a week of taking these gummies I felt a lot less tired. I'm still tired, just not to the point where I can't think anymore, which is a massive improvement. If I forget to take them for 2-3 days I can feel the fatigue creeping in again so it's definitely the gummies. They also taste absolutely fantastic! Will be trying the Cordyceps in addition to the Maitake soon and hopefully they are as effective.

These are great for cognitive function and attention span! Even after a couple days I noticed my driving reaction times were beyond alert! Much more than usual.However, I do not recommend taking these EVERYDAY for 2 reasons. From my experience I had stomach upsets (especially when taking them along with normal multivitamins) and most importantly after a week or so of taking them, I stopped and slowed down and there was a MSSSIVE decline in my memory. Upon research some people respond to these straight away, I did others take weeks to work with. Overall great product if you want to take every couple of days just be aware of the possible side effects I had mentioned above.

I bought these to replace my coffee for energy and focus. I take 2. 1 in them morning and a bit later in the afternoon before the 3 pm slump. I haven't quite replaced coffee and tea but it helps me focus more, and I'm aware I'm going off task.I would recommend for people with ADHD.Also bought the Cordyceps for energy: It kept me going when I had just 2 gummies on the weekend with less caffeine like matcha green tea. I've yet to try them on their own without a caffeinated drink.
