El producto llegó super rápido, seguí todas las recomendaciones para preparar mi kéfir de leche, al revisar mi kéfir note que no había pasado nada la fermentación fue muy lenta y lo deje reposar por otras 12 horas, cuando lo revise de nuevo me fije que la leche seguía igual así que decidí colarlo y al hacerlo me di cuenta de que no había ni un solo granito, a donde se fueron? No se supone que debería de haber más o por lo menos la misma cantidad con la que se empezó? No dudo que el producto sea bueno solo que a mi me llegó quizá solo la nata.

The grains took an about ten days to activate. Nonetheless, I usually get results in about 24 hours now. Easy peasy! I put the grains into 4 separate cotton drawstring bags. Soaked them by putting the bags in a gallon jar, and covered with a gallon of fresh milk. I use the delicious results for smoothies, and easy to make cream cheese. If I have an interval of non-use, I put the bags, and accompanying curds into a glass jar and refrigerate. When I want to make again, I put the contents of the jar (a pint) into a gallon jar, pour the milk over and the next day… wonderful probiotics goodness. The growth is rapid, the curds are resilient to abuse, as they sometimes wait in the jar on the counter a couple days for more milk. Very nice thick curds attainable. I’m thrilled at how easy and delicious the kefir grains and results are.

When I received the grains, they were in a warm temperature. However, I didn’t give up and tried several times with milk and coconut water, but I didn’t get any results. I’m not a beginner in grains care and followed the correct steps, so there was no mistake on my part. It seems that I received dead grains. Please send me live grains with proper shipping

I had never made yogurt or kefir before so I was worried that it wouldn't work. The package arrived with two small containers of the kefir starter and detailed instructions on how to make it. My kids were excited to help and we followed the instructions exactly. We used glass jars and regular whole milk and went through 3 cycles which took 9 days in all. When it had the texture of store bought kefir we decided to taste it and were amazed that we actually had made kefir. My kids are used to the kefir in the supermarket (most has tons of sugar), so we added honey and vanilla extract and they loved it! Great product!

Was haven issues with reproducing the product. The seller was so nice to help me try and fix my issue he responded so fast and was able to assiste me. Very sweet and helpful great customer service and patient. Not most sellers respond and assiste. So truly was a blessing. Now my mother can enjoy her burgaros and know where we can count on obtaining them.

This product was carefully packaged since it was a time-sensitive, temperature-sensitive product and the grains grew for me according to their SCANT instruction sheet. BUT I was left with #1) little or no instructions as to how to create the kefir, how or what part to drink, or when to drink it. Instructions were given but so vague and so little detail especially for a first-timer like myself. I ended up throwing it all out and giving up because #2) there was no address, no email, no nothing to try and reach the company for better instructions as to what I was doing with the product. So product was good but instructions extremely inadequate.

I am a first-time user and I was a bit hesitant to try keifer. The product arrived promptly, and the instructions were easy to follow. I had been struggling with digestive issues…. game-changer. I feel better. I highly recommend. Also, I would give an extra star if I could for communication and customer service. I received a courteous and prompt response to my questions. Thank you.
