This stuff worked really well on me! It made me feel weak and sluggish the first two days but I slept like a rock! It tastes disgusting, but soooo worth the muscle relaxation and sleep! I’m warning you, though, it looks milky in the water.

Update on October 29th: I was feeling pretty crappy a little while ago. I had a very bad day (nothing serious, just lots and lots of irritating things almost the entire day), and I'm just now getting ready to go to bed. So as usual for my bedtime routine I had this magnesium and now I am feeling MUCH better, almost like someone is hugging me and trying to help me feel better. I know that's how magnesium works, but I'm feeling the effectiveness of this particular magnesium compared to others. It's also delicious. Ok, on with the original review: While reading this, keep in mind I have Autism. For Autism, magnesium is right up there with the most important nutrients to get to help minimize the symptoms of Autism. After one dose, I'm here leaving a 5-star review. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. So far, my only experience with magnesium powder is Magnesium Malate made by Seeking Health which is unflavored. Yes it's kind of disgusting but it works extremely well for me. I got a 250g canister back in late January and I'm just now in need of more and I came very close to just ordering another, but since January I discovered how awesome the Garden of Life Vitamin Code supplements are and so of course I just had to try this Garden of Life magnesium. I placed an order with extremely high expectations, and they were exceeded! First of all, this stuff is delicious! It makes me wish it were safe to have 2-3 times as much. I expected the flavor to be something I didn't like that just happened to have a bit of an orange flavor to it, but no: it's nothing BUT orange! What a relief! I freakin' love orange-flavored things, so this is perfect for me. After I swallowed the first mouthful, I looked at what was left and I said "whoa!" and I greedily drank the rest of it and then I wanted a lot more. More importantly though is: WOW this stuff works well. At the time of writing this sentence, it has only been an hour and 12 minutes since my first dose, but I am already feeling much better than the Seeking Health Magnesium Malate ever made me feel. This magnesium is everything I expected and more! So if you're trying to decide on a magnesium supplement, then I can assure you that you will absolutely love this one. If you have experience with other magnesium supplements, you will probably agree that this is the best one you've had so far, and I think it might actually be the best one on the entire market.

I tried this for the first time last night and it seemed to really help me fall asleep better. Between this and my heated blanket, I was PASSED OUT cold within 10 mins of laying down. 😂 The flavor of the drink is the only reason I took one star off. It is okay, not too bad, but definitely tastes like a powdered beverage with an artificial taste. I wouldn’t mind them pulling back a bit on the flavor and adding a little more granulated sugar instead of stevia to sweeten it a bit. Overall, I would recommend this product!

Definitely my favorite brand of magnesium!!! Tastes very good its just a bit hard to mix but if you use a frother it mixes fine.

Helps with a good night sleep and helps with digestion (aka pooping). Flavor is okay not the best but it gets the job done

This product does not mix well into water or any other liquid. It is always grainy, and it’s so very tart.

I'm hooked on a fizzy magnesium product that is out of stock. I've tried a couple options, and this one is my favorite available option at the moment. It works well in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. The flavor is not great, but I can handle it because it works. I've found if I mix it with warm water, it helps to break down the power better. If the flavor was just a bit better, it would be a solid 5-star for me.
