Electric hot water bottle will be used hardly onceor twice in a month, brought in the month of February 2025& within 8 months it has become dead,not getting charged nor water getting hot,,So let's know what should be done? Please revert

It’s good, you just have to put it connected to the electricity and after a few minutes it will get hot and off on its own. Then you can take it and use it. Very convenient because we don’t have to empty the water in the bag.

Worked really well for 1 year. After using for 1 year, it started showing sign of burning with burning smell and smoke whenever I tried using it so had to throw/dispose. It was kind of scary for me and definitely hazardous because if I would have not been careful it might had lead to fire or short circuit.
