I have used this adjustable dumbbell set consistently 3 to 4 times a week over the last 3 months. I was initially hesitant to buy it, but it has been worth every penny.I have used it mostly as an adjustable set of weights and kettle bell. Adding and taking off weights is pretty easy, quick and efficient.I also take body pump classes once a week, I transform the equipment into a barbell set and it holds up nicely.My adult sons also use my equipment for quick bicep curls, chest presses, weighted lunges etc.The rubber, plastic covered weights are a bit bulky but they are easy to store and do not scratch my wooden floor.I have advised all my friends to purchase this adjustable dumbbell set

Bought the 90 lb barbell. It can not In fact support 90lbs. The brackets WILL break. You can go up to 72lbs total with no issue. I'd say buy the lower weight since the 90lbs doesn't work. Don't go with the higher weight unless you just want more individual weights for the dumbells. Otherwise, great if you can't make it to the gym for the heavier weights and good versatility.

I wanted to increase the intensity/type of at-home weightlifting in my routine, and scoured all options before committing to this Keppi set. I was partial to the brand, as I previouslyinvested in their adjustable 25lb dumbbell set and have put I through it’s paces, with great result/durability (still use em 3X/wk minimum), BUT, made my final decision after looking at all options. I’m glad I went with this at, as it has proven to be the right choice- super easy to add/remove weights, a pre-padded bar which is great for hip thrusts, and the non metal, angled* shape of the plates means less noise/chance for cosmetic damage, and*** they don’t roll. If you’re looking for lots of versatility in weight range/apparatus type, and have a small space and budget, I highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was so excited about this product. The first time I tried to use it, I noticed the bar felt flimsy with weight on it. When I tried picking it up, one of the clamps broke. So bummed!

Good price and quality. Easy to set up and ideal for beginners, intermediate and advanced level weight lifters.

Nice set for the price. They are definitely for beginners which is what I need. If you are looking for something more advanced, this is not for you. Perfect for at home work outs if you are looking to add a little weight to your routine.

Nice quality, and just what my son and I needed. Without space for a full gym, and no desire join one, this fits in perfectly with the equipment we already have.
