Seals well and easy to apply
I bought a 102-year old home that has a full sized window right in the step in shower. I didn’t like the look or the lack of cleanliness from the previous owner’s wooden blind that they had on the window. So I substituted frosted glass and no blind, but then the wood frame was exposed directly to the shower water. This paint on “rubber“ worked perfectly. It is clear and very forgiving, and thick enough to cling well even when painting the top part of the wood window frame. It felt completely cured and dry in a little over 24 hours although the instructions say you might need to wait up to 72 hours depending on your humidity. It dries very shiny, but not in a way that bothered me.

Get some!
Great product. Flows well and dries quick. Sealed my gutter joints well. I figured the remaining product wouldDry up in the container. No it did not. Container seals so good that 6 months later product was like new. Highly recommend for you water proofing projects.

Great sealant.
This sealant worked perfectly for additional protection for my temporary shelter. I highly recommend it if you purchase a temporary shelter. My shelter began tearing about 6 months after purchase and setup. The company sent a replacement because it fell within the warranty period. I really wanted it to last longer. I didn't want to have to do this every 6 months. So I began looking for an less expensive alternative. This 5 gallon bucket will provide uv protection. It covers a 10 by 20 ft shelter with a little over a gallon of sealant. I intend to apply 2 more coats. The only drawback is the temperature needs to be 85° F or above to apply well. It was about 79° when I applied the first coat and globs up a bit. It still was workable enough to be smoothed over. Here's a photo of the shelter with the first coat. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Good stuff
I had a few cracks in my basement floor that needed sealed. This stuff worked great. It dried pretty quickly which was nice. It’s been several months and it’s still holding up well.

Wish it was truly clear under water
Product seems to adhere well so it may be good at waterproofing, though it turns white when prolonged contact with water. I need a waterproof sealer that is truly transparent clear even when fully submerged in water and this does not fit my needs. The attached photos are clear measuring cups with the product brushed on. I waited 3 days for it to dry inside cup, then filled half cup with water. After 24 hours the thicker areas had turned white. After 4 days, 100% of product was white.! nice thing I can say is I could not easily remove the sealer from the plastic cup.

Adhesive
Great for everything. I used this to secure wall paper that came loose. Worked great. Also the fix trim on a counter top. Excellent.

Well Priced, good quality
Had great coverage, good sealing qualities over concrete, only issue was the requirement for a second coat.
