The media could not be loaded. I found the receiver easy to set up and link to local wifi network and Tuya Smart app.The device (watch button and separate fob) works well and gives my elderly mother in law comfort in knowing she can easily alert us if she needs help. Activation triggers a notification being sent to multiple recipients. Readily connects to the receiver throughout her apartment.The watch recharging cable attaches magnetically and aligns itself which is helpful for elderly users.

Easy to set up, alarm works well. My dad it much safer wearing the watch, can get help when he needs it

Needs improving, the software is complex and unresponsive at time when trying to share the device with family.The ringer doesn't work after the 2nd call pressed on the pendant.Next, for an SOS device silent notifications are useless for an single emergency call which could easily get missed. There is no option to ring on the phone to alert of the emergency.

Good product. Does what it says on the tin. The bracelet lacks easy to follow setup instructions but supplier was very helpful and I got there in the end.Recommended 👍

I was dubious initially as to whether this would send alerts outside your homes WiFi. However it does. It doesn’t need a payment plan to do this. There really is no reason for other products to do so as for an app to trigger a text message costs nothing. So fair play to these guys - it does what it says and for just the initial outlay.One point though. The whole infrastructure is built around their doorbell technology. So the app will only see it as a doorbell. Don’t be put off by this. Go ahead and install it as such. But this means that the watch thingy doesn’t ever get recognised. Not a biggy for me but it might be for you.

Mum depends on her button & when works its quite loud. Quality not bad, price is ok. Range is good & if your in the garden it will pick up the signal.

This comes with two pendants, a doorbell-type button and two receivers. Everything works straight out of the box. The alarm is loud and clear (with adjustable volume and ringtone). The range is good, spanning two floors of our house. It would be better if the pendants could also be used with a wrist strap. This isn't possible although the manufacturers tell me that a wrist version is on the way. The pendants are fairly heavy and better used stuck to a fixed point - not ideal if monitoring someone who is gardening, for example.
