Uno Casa Cast Iron Comal Pan 10.5 Inch - Skillet for Roti, Tawa/Dosa Pan Pataconera, Comales para Tortillas - Comal Para Tortillas Grande - Cast Iron Griddle

After reading the reviews I decided to purchased the 10.5 size, and I love it!! I follow the instructions to the T on how to season it, and I have not had any issues. It thick, sturdy, and warms up evenly, and that was one of my worries as I have an electric stove and the previous comal I had did not work with the electric stove. With that said, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the quality and the safety on this comal.

I got the first option and it's great of course you got season it to make sure it doesn't rust but other than that it's a great product destruction of heat is great

I love this! I use it for tortillas or grilling my tomatoes, onions and chilies and works perfectly! Very heavy duty!

I have a lot of experience with cast iron pans. This is no question the worst one I've used. After using it a couple times after only rinsing with warm water as the instructions say I re-seasoned it following the included instructions I used it a couple more times with no improvement.

This is a nice Comal/Skillet good quality made.

The Comal was advertised with a tortilla press - but alas, the pan did not come with it so it will have to be by hand. I did season the pan as directed, along with my 10 inch cast iron. I may do another seasoning. The Comal surface is a bit rough so use a clean old soft T-shirt to apply the oil and a clean one to buff it out. We made sure we put just the right amount of oil on the entire surface of the pans - there was no smoking or dripping for the two hours they were in the oven. If I could only have two pans - one of them would be this Comal and the other my stainless steel 3 layered bottom 12 inch with lid. PS. Kitchen still under reno construction.
