Poor stitch quality to use
I thought it's really good brand and good product, I bought this bag 3 days before, once I started using this bag for office purpose. It's teared , poor stitch quality, to use this product I had to remove the tag, so I can't able to replace it now. Zouk can replace this ? Really disappointed.

Bag Quality was excellent but needs improvement with outer packaging
The bag quality was excellent, but I understand that the packaging will be delivered in a box. However, I received it with just a normal transparent plastic wrap, which is unsafe but still acceptable.
