This was my first time purchasing raw sea moss and I was afraid I'd mess it up. I followed the instructions in the packagenwith ease. I rinsed/cleaned as instructed, I then soaked it for the recommended amount of hours. Rinsed again and added it to my blender with lemon juice, I also cut up some yellow peaches for flavor. In total it made about 5 jars of sea moss gel. I mix it in my coffee daily and taste nothing. I've also added it to soups, sauces, gravies, and other food items, it literally tastes amazing.

Product was Great not the best taste wise but felt the benefits after 2 weeks of use.
