Great phone at a great price!
I was looking for an affordable phone that would deliver good value. This one fits perfectly! Highly recommend. When it arrived, it had the original plastic protectors on the front, back, and sides. It has clearly never been opened. It was accompanied by a key for the SIM/SD tray, as well as the charger block and the USB-C cord. To begin with, it has great hardware. The fingerprint scanner is also the power button, which I think is pretty convenient (and also cool). The back cameras are amazing, and the software that runs them is great. The flash/flashlight is bright. The screen is high-res and vibrant. The bezels above and below the screen aren't too big. The software is also good. It comes with Android 7, but updated to 8 the day after I started it up. It did take 8 restarts to get the software up to date, but it's worth it. It runs fast and well. The battery lasts about 2-3 days depending on the usage. Some reviews said that the wrong phone was received or it came dented and scratched. I didn't experience either of these. I ordered a T-Mobile and got a T-Mobile. It also came in new condition and hadn't been opened. Overall, this phone fulfilled (and exceeded) my expectations!

2017 flagship well under $200!
The Amazon guarantee is pretty good, that the phone looks new without visible flaws. And it does look new. It's locked to T-mobile and it's MVNO's, and also Google Fi. The unlocked version cost a bit more. Just remember it's last years flagship. The hardware is very respectable including the cameras. For the camera, it's easily to switch between normal and wide angle mode for group pictures. There is also a variable beauty filter available. The phone is quite beautiful front and glass back. For those afraid of fingerprints, file them smooth and you won't leave anything on anything. There's no ugly notch, just a small hole for the selfie camera. I have Android Oreo now. Being a locked phone has the advantage that you still get updates. Since the Samsungs still haven't get Pie update yet, we have a very update Android OS. There is the face recognition that works. But it's just not convenient. I can unlock with my fingerprints at arm's length. But I have to bring the phone to my face for unlock. You can unlock the phone at the car phone mount using fingerprints but hard to do with your face. It would be even better in the future with the fingerprint sensor on the front screen.

Great price. Only 4 mg ram not 6 which is better in my opinion
It's an OK phone. One problem is it is only 4mg of ram and for the phone game me and my son play it runs slower and crashes a lot more than my HTC U12 which has 6mg ram. So pay attention to this if it matters to you. Otherwise it was a better phone overall than he had plus a great buy pricewise.

brand new
it may be "refurbished" but the phone has clearly seen zero use. It is without original packaging and the charger may say LG on it...but it is a slow cheap as it gets charger. It shipped with android 7.0 and updating involved a number of restarts before finally getting to Oreo 8.0 Phone came fully charged at 99% which means to me that the seller took the time to charge it up just before shipping it. Nice touch. Completely satisfied. Works on t-mobile as soon as i put in my sim card from my old phone (LG G$). LG G6 is really well made and a great upper mid range phone for 2018. At the time of purchase no other phone could beat this at the under $200 price. I really didn't intend to stay with LG (was gonna get a Galaxy or Oneplus) but this phone matched my needs best and was the right size and durability....and again....the price!

I ordered T-Mobile Locked; I got Verizon Locked - nuff said
I ordered two with the intention of upgrading my wife's G5 and my G4. The description clearly says "T-Mobile," but the back has the Verizon logo. T-Mobile's GSM network and Verizon's CDMA network don't like each other very much, and when I typed in the IMEI number on the back of the phone into T-Mobile's network, it came back with a clear "Not Compatible" message. So, I contacted Amazon Customer Service, who apologized and sent me out replacements overnight. I got two more Verizon phones. And, these two phones should never have been labeled "with minimal to no signs of wear" like in the description. They looked utterly awful, with many multiple, deep scratches all over the back glass of the phones and across the camera lenses. This was a complete disaster! Amazon clearly has no idea how to manage the refurbished phone business, and the "Fulfillment by Amazon" tag attached holds no weight. The Amazon Customer Service reps were apologetic and made amends quickly, but they cannot guarantee that they will get it right. Their quality control is an absolute mess, and I will stay away from Amazon for all future refurbished options. I cannot trust them.

Happy customer!
I needed to upgrade my phone, and I'm picky, but I'm not thrilled with buying expensive phones at this time, so I took a chance on a refurbed LG G6. In thus case, I'm glad that I did. The phone I got seems almost new. After about 2-3 days I noticed a few very fine scratches on the screen, only visible in strong reflected light (in which you can't see the screen anyway), otherwise completely invisible. The battery is strong. Took me a few passes of updates to get to Oreo, and it all seems to work fine. Screen brightness on the G6 is nicely variable, and when I turn it on at night in the dark it glows vary faintly and doesn't disturb my wife in bed. I do wish they hadn't disabled the ability to use the SD card as internal memory, but I can live with that. I feel like I've gotten really good value at a time when I need to be really frugal. Hope it lasts! I'll try and update my review in six months or so.
