Bought these for a distant nephew so have not seen them in action yet, but following a pre-gifting inspection I was pleased with these wooden skittles. The quality seemed good, the paintwork vibrant and of a good standard and the overall appearance was tactile and appealing. Some reviewers have commented that these skittles are small. They are the size described on the product page, and this seems a very suitable size for a toy for young children. Do toddlers really need tenpin size pins? Particularly if they are made out of wood? I think probably not. Would recommend.

Very well made colourful skittle set.

These skittles are solid wood, brightly painted and a good size for young children. My two year old granddaughter has fun knocking them down (by whatever means necessary). Just be aware that these are sturdy and can be used as handy clubs, so supervision is necessary. The two balls provided are also solid wood and I have replaced them with plastic balls to avoid the temptation of throwing them. That said, they're good quality, fun, andI would recommend them for supervised play.

Good quality and look lovely. Sturdy and well-balanced. They don't fall over too easily but can be knocked over with the rolling ball. Slightly smaller than expected, but that isn't an issue. Happy with purchase. My only complaint is that the box was torn on arrival.

These skittles are excellent. Solid wood,, beautiful and colourful. Very sturdy. They stand up on bases or heads! They also are numbered, so plenty of opportunities to encourage speech and learning. Our 18 month old grand-daughter loves them and finds lots of different ways to play with them. They are a perfect size for little hands.

These are almost too small to play with. Good quality sturdy, but very little.

We love these, they are so fun, not just for bowling but for stacking. We like to build towers with them and have fun knocking them down again. The designs are cute and great for teaching young children the names of different animals and also numbers because they have numbers on too. They are popular with my toddler. The are strong and sturdy. The won't break easily at all.
