My 12 year old daughter is a beginner in volleyball. We got this for her to work on serves. Without a net (and several people to practice with) it can be hard and tedious to train volleyball. Even with a basket of balls, she would have to chase down all of her hits. This set up allows her to get reps in and perfect her serving technique. She works hard and this has become part of her practice routine.

I ordered this set for my grand-daughter who is starting volleyball. The set is nice but when I looked at it I misinterpreted the pump thinking there was some kind of inflatable ball (there isn't) so I'm not sure why its included. So I didn't get a volleyball to go with the set -- this was the four piece set and there is also a six piece set with elbow and knee pads available at a higher price point-- My point is that the four pieces include a headband and pump which are really not needed. the belt and apparatus to hold the volleyball however are well made and designed so those are usable.

It’s great, fun to use, plenty of adjustments. The wrap easily stays around the volleyball and waist, and I've never had a problem with it coming off so far. 100% confidence back in my overhand serve .I recommend this to anyone in need of practice!

I feel that you need to have a waist smaller than 32 inches to use the belt.Ordered this for my daughter it’s nice that she can practice skills solo.
