Dithered between buying a coats tree to hang outdoor coats or hooks but worried about the tree toppling over and having a large base taking over the space in a small hall. Liked the look of these vintage hooks and decided to buy after reading positive reviews, but I was so surprised how beautiful they actually looked with character, the photos didn't do them justice. installed them onto a thick plank of varnished wood and then hung onto a wall, they look fabulous, strong, large and expensive so I am so pleased!

Easy to fit.They are nice but not lary.Reasonably expensive….Yeah….ok guys.Give them a go and put them where people can see them.

Very pretty to look at but very badly designed. The screws are cheap and very poor quality ( I used 2 and one drilled out so it's stuck half way ) so don't use them. Use good quality brass screws which is what I used for the remaining 3 hooks. Because of the design of the hooks and the way the bottom ceramic knob is placed you can't put the screws in straight. It also means you can't use a battery screw driver so a manual screwdriver had to be used, when I found one. They do look good now that they are on the back of the door but very irritating to pay £35 for something so badly designed.
