A Diamond in the Rough
I decided to give this cheap Chinese inverter a shot, and did not have very high expectations given the low price. In fact, I figured I'd probably end up blowing it up with the loads I would try to run on it. At first I just plugged it into the cigarette lighter and it had the ability to run a soldering iron or a heat gun.. or a small compressor, if it was started from an empty tank (no pressure) but it would fault out around 35 psi and give up. At that time I used it mainly for fast charging via 120v for my phone, laptop as well as other miscellaneous USB charging (USB power is available even when unit is off so long as connected to 12v power) Then a buddy showed me his little 500w inverter, and it powered all kinds of power tools and his compressor.. I couldn't believe it.. I wondered why this unit wasn't able to handle such a load.. I then began to experiment. Hooking the inverter directly to the battery with beefier Guage cables, I tried running the same equipment as he did.. and it worked without issue. With the vehicle running it powers Angle grinders, Med compressor, even a Sewer Snake (Ridgid K-7500 and General Speedrooter Model 90) It's seriously impressive and far surpassed my expectations, and comes in handy when off roading. I've had the first one for about 3½-4 months and it's still going strong, so I bought another for my service truck. It's only been about 2 weeks, but it's kicking some serious @$$. I'm very happy with this unit. Even if it burns out tomorrow, I'd feel like I got my money's worth and I'd probably buy 3 more. I would definitely recommend you give this little guy a shot. It puts my old $400 3500w inverter to shame, and it's only 1/3 the size!

So far, all good!
I received it on time, packed very well, plugged it in, it worked great in all the ports. A little noisy, but that is fairly normal, they have to cool. I have used it to charge my phone , run a small fridge cooler in my truck, and used it for a plug -in 14 inch oscillating fan when working outside in the heat. Came in very handy! So far, all good.

Never worked.
I bought it right before a month-long trip and plugged it into the power plug in my car, and it wouldn't even charge my phone without tripping, let alone any other devices. I got back from the road trip, and the return window had already expired. Tossed it. Waste of money.

It works
At this time I can't really give a fair review. I'm just learning about inverters and solar panels. What I do know is it will power lights and charge my cellphone. It is quite when it is running you can barely hear it run. Will update at a later time

Voltage Range
I bought this to use on a mini-solar generator rig. It's a nice design, compact, light weight, the fan is a little noisy but for my intended use was a non-issue. The problem I have with these units is inconsistent voltage. I have a pair of 128AH 12v deep cycle batteries run in parallel being charged by 2 (100w) solar panels. When I'm not using the generator for mobile power jobs, it sits and I have a set of smart chargers on each inverter to charge the 12v batteries in my toys (pair of jetski's & a RZR). Most of the time the chargers are in maintenance so there is little to no load on the rig. However, depending on the state of the 12v supply to the inverters, depends on how much voltage you get on the other side. If my batteries are at 11.5v, I get about 115v off the inverter. If they batteries are at 13.6v, I get 130v out of the inverter. Any electrical device that has an "over/under volt protection" built into it will reject using power from these inverters, again, depending on the 12v supply to the inverter. I'm going to have to step up to a more sophisticated unit in order to be totally universal. I need an inverter that has a stricter control on it's output voltage, and not just dump everything it can at the outlet. 130v is pretty obscene on the high end. It should stop at 122v at the very least. Wish i could send these back. For the price on a pair, I could have just gone with a nicer unit for a little more.

good price, tested with 500w continuous usage no issue. But it's very noisy, once inverter turn on, the fan run in full speed, you know ... At less power consumption, there shouldn't much heat generated and should be in quite mode. If only use usb the fan will not on, but if that case a tiny cigarette charger will work for me.

The fan is always on so was noticed in the car on the trip but not too loud. Powered my laptop and phone charger for a 6 hr road trip no problem. It didn’t even get warm. Also tested it on a 700w charger for ebike and worked great from the battery with the clamps. Recommend
