Kept medication secure and cold on a long flight.
I recently used the Olaismln Insulin Cooler for transporting semaglutide on a long flight, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The cooler kept my medication reliably cold throughout the entire journey, which is crucial for maintaining the effectiveness of my medication. One of the standout features is how securely the vial is held in place, ensuring that there was no movement or potential for damage during travel. The design also provides ample space for accessories like syringes and alcohol wipes, making it incredibly convenient for all my needs in one place. I particularly appreciate the dual freezer packs on both sides of the cooler. This design feature enhances its ability to maintain a consistent temperature, adding an extra layer of assurance that my medication stays at the right temperature for as long as needed. Overall, the Olaismln Insulin Cooler has proven to be an excellent investment for anyone needing to transport insulin or other temperature-sensitive medications. It’s efficient, spacious, and reliable—everything you need for safe and stress-free travel. Highly recommended!

Keeps Medication Cool For A Long Time
This is the perfect travel cooler for my medication, which must be kept refrigerated. It provides accidental breakage protection for the pre-filled auto injector pen. When I tested it for effectiveness, it remained cool for a very long time. At 7 hours, the temperature was still within the parameters set by the pharmaceutical company (36-46 degrees F). After 11 hours, it was still quite cool (48 degrees F), but the 2-degree rise in temperature meant that it was no longer within the required range. It was just a little bit above the target range. It is an excellent medication cooler case and it is sold at a very fair price.

Excellent quality case
Very well made. I bought this for my husband to carry his eye drops to keep them cool for long hours while traveling. I love it! So cute and compact. Easy to carry in a handbag. It can also be perfect for diabetics to carry insulin stuff. It is well insulated, and comes with 2 ice packs that fit nicely on both sides in their mesh pockets. Just what I was looking for. Happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you, Amazon!

will keep cool for quite a while
I wasn't really sure what to expect with this case, I only know that I wanted something small, insulated, and lightweight. This case is fully lined with a foil coating and insulated below it with another layer or two of something flexible. There is no bleed through the case of the cold, so the case will contain all the coolness. The little gel ice packs are slim and sturdy. I tested the longevity of the cooling capacity at home. I froze the ice packs and put them in the case and zipped it closed. It's worth noting that I bought a second set of ice packs (just in case) and was able to put a third one in. I left it alone for 10 hours, and when I checked, the ice packs were thawed but still cool and the case interior was cool as well. I don't think that it would be wise to use it for more than 10 hours if your meds have to be in a certain temperature range at all times, but it would certainly get you through a long day traveling.
