This cup has a pluggable hole for a straw.I use this hole to let air in so my drink will come out.This is something no other cup I know of has.It's just smart!The rubber bottom is excellent, the lid is very well build.Feels good a sturdy, will buy another size, soon!

I like the cup but 2 weeks after using it the lid stopped working, does not close completely and gets stuck, a lot of force is required to remove the lid. I sent a message to seller asking if its possible to sent me a new lid instead of returning the cup but I got no answer and now the period to returned the item has passed.Updating my review: the seller ended up responding and sent me a new cup. Everything works perfectly.

This does not feel at all like Ceramic, so I don't believe it is. I think it's bpa free plastic painted onto the stainless cut. I will see how it holds up, but if it starts scratching off, I will update the review and tell you if I can tell what the material is. It feels very plastic like, soft and smooth.

Looks really nice, love the bamboo look. The lid is solid and liquids don't leak.

Nice looking coffee cup but it only keeps my coffee hot for about 5 minutes. The small removable plastic air relief fell off in the dishwasher and burn the motor. The lid seal stopped working after a couple weeks use.

This little cup actually exceeded my expectations. It seems to be well built and well designed. The lid is surprisingly heavy duty and seals good. I was expecting a cheap lid like most of the insulated cups you get today but this one is not. The mug is a little smaller than I would normally carry for my morning coffee but that’s okay, it has been working just fine. It keeps my coffee hot long enough for me to drink it all, haven’t had to drink cold coffee out of it yet. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on its outside appearance so others seem to notice it too. Nice little cup.

My reusable cup at Starbucks was an 12 oz and they always filled up the rest of it even though it was a 'short' which messed up the ratio of espresso to milk. This is perfect if you like a strong taste of espresso that's not diluted with too much milk. Bravo!

We recently to a quick weekend vacay and I wanted to have my coffee with me in the morning as we left super early so I picked this up. It came packaged just fine with no defects that I could see. Getting it out you get the cup and the lid. I gave it a wash in the dishwasher and it came out fine. I used it for the drives and it worked just fine without spilling my coffee. I also used it as my room cup so I didn't have to have a hotel one. The lid can be a tight squeeze getting it on but that was because the gasket moved around. I like the wood patten and it kept my coffee warm for as long as it took me to drink my coffee. All in all it's a great little travel cup.
