This pillow has been a neck/back/ life saver. I work in OR and work on my computer too to do patient report . So constantly being hunched over I have gotten a lot of pain due to a nerve pinch that make my shoulder blade and lower part of my neck hurts . I bought this neck pillow to see if it would help because the pain! I used the pillow as instructed for 10-20 mins a day after work to rest and it gave my neck the perfect stretch to get rid of any pain or discomfort I was feeling. I love the size and it’s super light and comfortable. This pillow is breathable and soft, it’s super cool and I love that it has a magnetic pillow case that I can take off to wash. This is a great pillow for any neck pain and I would definitely recommend since it’s worked great for me, very comfortable and I am now pain free!! Its easy to clean also. I recommended it to my friend too.

Good quality product that is comfortable for use on your neck for a while! I like the slight neck stretch and it seems to help with my stiff neck from arthritis. However, after about 8 minutes or so, I have to take it away because it gets very hard under my head. I can't use the reverse side at all with the deeper stretch.About 10 minutes is recommended, so I think it does the job and may help a lot of people, but don't be expecting to lay on it on the floor while watching TV for hours! Works pretty well for what it is supposed to do.

I've had severe back and neck pain for about three or four years now. (Recently did an MRI, turns out I have a degenerating disc lol). But in that time I've done back and neck stretches, saw a chiropractor, exercises, taken strong prescription pain medication, muscle spasm medications, and nothing has worked. So when I used this neck stretcher, I was shocked that I actually noticed a positive difference. The first time I used it wasn't necessarily mind blowing, but I did feel a good stretch and it felt nice. But after about three or four days of use, there was a noticeable difference in the overall pain and strain I felt in my neck throughout the day. I've been using it for over a month now. Because it turns out that I have a medical condition, it obviously didn't solve the problem completely. But it absolutely helps me just get through the day with less pain and allowing me to move my neck around. I'm really grateful for this product for that.

Have some very minor disc issues in my neck and thought this might help. I’ve passed all the vertebral artery compression tests at physical therapy too. This should have been safe and fine for me to use.Unfortunately I found it pretty uncomfortable and after using it for the second time, I got up, felt everything go funny, ended up blacking out for half a second, and barely caught myself on the floor. Best guess is it was putting a bit too much pressure on the back of my neck and compressed something.I don’t normally get head rushes and this felt much more intense than that. Not trying to scare anyone and if it works for you, great. Just be very careful if it feels uncomfortable. As far as I can tell, I used it exactly as instructed.

This this is AMAZING!I suffer from a bulging disk in my neck and often find my neck and shoulders sore and stiff by the end of the day. This nearly always leads to a waking up with headaches. I purchased this with little hope of any real relief.I was pleasantly surprised to find that with 10-15 min of use before bed nightly, not only was I less stiff, I have been sleeping more comfortably and waking up with far fewer headaches and shoulder pain.In addition to actually working, its also small and easy to store or take with you on the go. Perfect for people working on computers all day or that spend a great deal of time driving.I can not recommend this enough for anyone needed a little relief from neck and shoulder pain.

Great Support and Comfortable.The cover makes it much more comfortable than without; I bought it specifically because it had a cloth cover.I think the curve fits better for a 5'11" vs a 5'3" but still works for both.Overall great purchase!
