Great piece of equipment. I purchased it as a starter to see if I would use and also, if it met my workout needs. It has done both. Abe and Joel - owners of this company have put together a fine piece of equipment that comes with stretch handles (for arm work), a booklet that gives you beginner usage tips plus training exercise. As I continue my program, I definitely will consider a “Lifepro” vibration plate! Note: Between the Lifepro and a weighted hoopla hoop, my knees feel awesome.

I have bad back issues and I am hoping this will help with the sciatica. The first few times using the vibration plate it's actually kind of relaxing. I'm not good at exercising but this should help at 15 minutes a day and a decent workout routine. Seems very sturdy and stable.When you register your lifepro they send you a card for free workout poster showing you how to use it effectively.

I really love most aspects about this machine. It’s compact, sturdy, easy to navigate the remote control, the suction on the bottom stays in place while in use. The only issue is in the compact aspect, you have to have small size feet and I’m a foot size 9 and barely fit my entire foot on it, I wouldn’t be able to use this with shoes on because my foot length would exceed the foot space. I have the rose gold one and it’s really handsome and space saving. I have neuropathy issues, back pain and lymphatic issues in my knees so hoping this will help. Also it does cause your legs to itch after you walk off of it…itching goes away but it’s strange at first to experience all the itching coming off…maybe that means it’s doing its job:)

I love how I feel afterwards. Like my whole body has come alive. The vibrations are like a total body massage. Has really helped with no leg cramps during the night. My hips bother me sometimes and they don't seem to hurt as much as they used to. Continued use will hopefully "knock out" that problem. Well made and small enough to slide under my bed for easy storage and reach.

My main purpose for buying this was to help me regain my balance following cancer surgery and chemotherapy. It's a good challenge, and you can start off as slow as you need to. I like it!

This item is the perfect size, and I love the color. So far enjoying 10 minutes per day. I've noticed an increase in energy and overall, well-being. Working on reducing cellulite and being healthier overall. This product is amazing so far. I would give it a 10 out of 10. I added this daily routine to dry brushing, walking, and working out 3 times a week. I have noticed less pain and feeling more mobile. I am attributing my increase in energy to better circulation. I use this vibe plate everyday. It's important to drink plenty of water prior and start slow, or you may experience bloating.The acupressure points definitely hurt if you aren't used to them, but you're able to wear sneakers if it's too intense for you.My only complaint is that the time adjustment stopped working after the first use- it only allows for 15 minutes at a time. Otherwise, the remote works well.It's not very heavy and doesn't take up too much space.
