Fantastic Sleeping Pad for Backpacking!
Ok...so, I was using the insulated klymit static v luxe, but this OneTigris Obsidian pad is leagues above that garbage. This pad, even though narrower than the klymit pad (30" vs ~25") is MUCH more comfortable with its quilted-style baffles vs the v-shaped ones, and with its 5.2 R-Value it is WAY warmer than the klymit, especially when paired with a CCF pad underneath. With 3 sheets of TPU membranes and 3 layers of reflective aluminum-coated membranes, I could actually feel my body heat being reflected back to me, helping to keep me nice and toasty even though the outside temps dropped down into the 30s.It is a little heavier than more expensive pads that offer the same warmth, but at just a hair over 2 pounds, it's not exactly "heavy".The pad comes with a stuff sack, a couple of repair patches, and even an inflation sack, which I actually don't really like.Yes, the pump sack will inflate it with about 5 breaths, but it's quite large and I found it to be more cumbersome than just inflating it with my mouth, but I may give it another go on my next outing. It may sound a little crinkly when you've got it inflated and you squeeze it, but I didn't notice any crinkling while I was sleeping on it, and I'm a side sleeper who tosses and turns a LOT during the night. Not once did it disturb me.I can't speak to its durability yet, but I will be updating this review as I get more nights with it under my belt.My ONLY real gripe about this pad? The air valve. No problems inflating it, and the deflate valve dumps the air instantly when opened, BUT, there is no way to let just a little air out to adjust the firmness to your liking. It's a small gripe, as I found my inflation sweet spot pretty quickly, but I feel that's a legitimate concern others may have. With all the value this pad brings, I still wouldn't let that one thing steer me away. All in all, I LOVE this pad and I will be purchasing another (for a backup), and I'll most certainly be checking out what other backpacking products OneTigris offers.

Buy this pad it is awesome
Disclaimer: I paid for this pad with my own money and have no incentive to write a review on this pad other than it is freaking amazing. I own an unhealthy amount of high-end sleeping pads, including the Thermarest xtherm max, and the Nemo extreme conditions which are arguably the warmest pads in existence. They are and also some of the most expensive. I have also tried several budget pads to give or lend to family and friends. and been disappointed until this one. I have slept comfortably on it down into the single digits multiple times and not been cold( I’m 190 pound stocky male using a 20° goose down quilt and Alpha direct liner.) For some inexplicable reason, one tiger seems to have really undershot the R value, which is definitely higher than the stated, and the weight as the trail weight for the 25 inch pad is 28 ounces, 6 ounces heavier than the same sized xtherm. The inflation sack and the valve are not the greatest, but this thing can’t be perfect. For cold weather backpacking on a budget, This thing is by far the best deal around.

Very comfortable
The sleeping pad is thick enough when fully inflated that I don't touch the ground. I am 6 ft tall and around 200lbs. It is long and wide enough for me. I can immediately feel my body heat be reflected back at me.I am going winter camping in the beginning of March and will update this review.

Warm but poor quality control
Very nice low profile and light weight definitely recommend for backpacking in colder weather. it’s as comfortable as it can be for a cold weather sleeping mat. only issue I have is leaking of air. Woke up twice during the night I used it to re inflate the mat. Quality control needs some work but repair kits are fairly inexpensive and it always good to have them anyway.

First impressions were great. Now I don't trust it.
First impressions were great. Spent a few chilly nights on it comfortably. Then on the last three occasions it seemed to decrease in thickness (let air out). Not completely flat but enough to let some cold creep in. Before that it was awesome. No visible leaks or damage. Un sure of why it started to do it. Sometimes they condense when the air gets cold but this was excessive. Reached out and was asked for order number. Provided order number and got crickets. Review is mostly for the customer service. Edit: It deflates every time, after Onetigris initially responded and asked for my order number I never received another response. Now I have a 60 dollar ground sheet.

Great pad for the $
I would put this pad right there with the other big brands. In fact I am replacing a Nemo Tensor (regular) for this because it’s wider by 5” and longer by2” and gives and extra +1pt on the R-Value.Blowing it up is relatively easy but needs to be firm so it takes a few extra bags of air.Do you want: 2lb pad for eighty US dollars or 1lb pad for two hundred US dollars.

I'm 250 5'10 and I approve
Just got my sleeping pad and it's the closest thing to a to one of this $600 pads out there like the therma rest or static v this actually hold u up when h sleep with very little noise like a wrapper crunching but way quieter. I sleept like a baby if it wasn't for my acid reflux.lol I used a Teton sports leef 0 degree bag and the one Tigris Stella 4 tent with footprint.
