Great bag for the money
Great bag for long trips. I bought the 30 L and it’s been perfect for my past 600mi trip. Straps are a bit iffy so i added a bungee cord as a just-in-case. Fast slipped and kept my clothes dry and secured. Zipper and the clips are solid.

Well designed and seems rugged
Seems well made, very functional. No instructions for how to attach or use! Found manufacturer site with videos… yay!

Works as intended. I use it on my daily ride to work.
I purchased the 20L bag for use on my daily ride to work. It often carries, lunch, snacks, extra gloves and my 24oz water thermos. Since this is universal, there are several details I needed to mess with to make it work. Instead of the straps provided, I had to ziptie the clip straps to the frame of my cafe racer. The lining is a bit flimsy and I can see it wearing out after a few months. I have been in the rain with this bag once and all the contents were dry after that rainstorm.Water proof 7/10: The lining will wear out over time, but against mild rain it is good enoughEase of use 8/10: The bag has a strange folding top arrangement like a cargo backpack. It's just a giant bag when expanded. The most useful part of it is the back pouch with the zipper opening. The clips straps are a bit on the weaker side, but don't be rough with it and don't strap it down too tight. The clips and adjustable straps in the back double like a backpack but will slip off your shoulders pretty easy if you are not careful.Speed rating 9/10: I have had this bag on when I ride some canyon roads as well as the fwy. On the fwy at 80mph I do not fear it will fly off.

Sharp, easy to use...definitely worth it.
I purchased this recently for a motorcycle trip that I was going on where the weather could have possibly made my equipment wet. I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews that mentioned about how weak the buckles were but I decided to take a gamble on it anyway. I had absolutely zero issues with this bag whatsoever. We did a two-day ride and I was at highway speeds and the bag never missed a hitch. The straps were perfectly fine and the yellow really popped out. The only thing that I will say about this bag at all was the fact that it quite literally is just a sack.. it doesn't really have any internal compartments or anything... it is quite literally just a bag. If you need to get one thing that you packed in the middle or at the bottom of this, everything has to come out. This was not the worst thing in the world as this was not a huge bag and I was very happy with it and can't wait to use it again. I had no issues securing this to my bike and I was not at all worried when we got stuck in the rain.. all of my stuff remained dry. Yes, it doesn't have a ton of space but it worked just fine for me and a small trip. Definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it.

Love it
Actually is waterproof, used it as a motorcycle tank bag. it’s big enough to stuff waterproof jacket and pants. So good I bought it again when someone stole it off my bike.

Need to constantly check mounting and not waterproof
I bought a 30l, two 20l and a 10l version of these for a modular waterproof solution when moto-camping. I loaded them up with some light weight items and mounted them to my bike and went for a shake down ride. Part way through the day I pulled over to check my GPS and grab some water to find the bags were almost coming off the bike. The problem was the hook mounts had slipped out of the loops in a couple places. I bought some elastic collars to slide over the hooks and keep them from sliding out of the loops which seemed to help a bit.Next ride I got caught in a pretty bad rain storm. Got home and went inside to dry off. The next day I unloaded the bags and found the stuff inside was either wet, or pretty damp. The smaller bag was carrying my tools, first aid kit and a tire inflator. All wet. Some of my tools had started to rust, the first aid kit was so damp I may need to replace it and the tire inflator needed to fully dry. It did work after it dried out, at least for now. After this I inspected the supposed waterproof inner bags and found they are not seal sealed and you can see that the stitching holes are the source of water ingress. Since the outer bag isn't water proof, The inner bag needs to be totally water proof.I do not recommend these bags unless you don't need waterproof bags and don't mind adding something to keep the hooks from coming off.

Cinches are weak
Used for about a month before one of the cinches broke off completely. No replacements included so now the bag can only be secured at three points. I’d like to see the cinches and buckles be made of metal to prevent this.

Customer Service Redeems themselves
Update: Customer service explained that they were in a different time zone, which was causing the delay in response. They end up mailing me a brand new bag to replace the used one I was sent by mistake. 10/10 would continue to purchase these bags and this brand.Bought a second bag because the first one I bought was great. Original review is listed below. On this second bag, the bad arrived in a cardboard box and was obviously used and returned. The bag was stretched, missing the waterproof liner, and had a weird strap that doesn't belong with the bag in the box. Contact customer support directly, and only receive a response every few days.Original Review from first purchase. "This is a great bag so far. Used it on a recent little 4 hour trip. held extra jackets and clothes. Did not get it wet yet so cannot verify the quality of the water proof lining, but overall its a great little bag. The metal clips work, but would much prefer regular clips to avoid slipping, but if secured correctly they work."
