Cute, rotates very easily at very low bike speed. On a springy post so no hazard to the kid. Someone said made of paper - ours are made of nice plastic stuff and seems quite durable. Altogether appropriate for the task and the kids love them (we bought three.) Very good value.UPDATE: Been using them for a couple of weeks during which time they've had some harsh treatment from a 1 y-o and a 3 y-o but it's still as good as new. The kids love them. Bought another for another granddaughter's bike.

Adorable! Appears to be decent quality. I am adding it to my 5 year olds Easter Basket! How well it works/fits the bike is TBD!

The pinwheel is easy to install and spins freely while my daughter rides. Can't speak much for durability as we have only had it on for a month and it has been snowy and cold so there has not been a significant amount of bike riding.

The girls love these pinwheels attached to their bikes/trikes. They are pretty and well made. The only problem is that they sometimes slip downward from the handlebars. This is easily remedied with a piece or two of duck tape which the pinwheel sticks to better.
