My grill pan arrived immediately and very well packed. I also ordered the glass lid for the pan which arrived in the same parcel. The pan and lid look very well made and the instructions for their usage are easily understood and clear. Because of coronavirus, Amazon's parcel was left to quarantine for several days before opening, hence the delay in writing a review. Although the pan has not yet been used, TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT as I want to cook two delicious fillet steaks to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I hope I'll be as delighted with the results as I am with the speed of the pan's delivery. Thank you, Amazon.UPDATE: I have now used my pan and it performed very well and the steaks were well and evenly cooked and tender. Unfortunately, because the usage instructions informs users NOT to pre-heat the pan other than for a few seconds on medium heat, I could not sear the meat which requires a very hot pan. This resulted in no visible 'bars' on the steaks. The juices from the meat settled in the grooves in the base of the pan and were very difficult to scrape out and serve. Other than these criticisms, there is nothing further to report. The pan cleans very easily.

I really like this pan..I have used GreenPan saucepan for a number of years and fine their cooking to be excellent.Although not cheap they are so easy to clean, being non stick.This grill pan cooks steak really well on both my Rayburn and ceramic hob.

This is the 3rd differenr style GreenPan that I have recently purchased and I can highly recommend. No more scrubbing pans after use as the non stick on these pans is the best that I have ever had on a frying pan. My son who is a chef also loves using these pans. I will definitely be purchasing more items.

Good for its purpose

Not the cheapest but a great item which works especially well on our new induction hob. Very easy to clean and very good in heat tolerance ce a really great pan for girdling just about anything - we are really pleased

Very sticky after few times off use

I love the green pan products so was disappointed to find that the heat is conducted to the handles which really isn’t good for any pan - especially an expensive one. I’d previously bought a green pan frying pan & the handle didn’t overheat. I wonder now if this is a genuine product as my previous purchase was from John Lewis

This is my first ceramic pan and I love it. Operates like a cast-iron pan, but is much easier to clean and maintain. Can't wait to replace my aluminum pans with this brand of ceramic ones.
