Looks amazing on my jeep. It sits low too. Easy to put together but you need to take your time with the final install to ensure it sat even. The instructions don’t tell you the final touches on making it even or what to tighten last. You will figure it out as you go. There are also no wind noise associated with this rack.

Missing instructions but was reasonably easy to figure out except for two brackets that maybe for accessories. Company website on box no longer than exists and no online support available

I bought this last minute to install a rooftop tent for camping trip. And it worked out perfect. I built the rack out by myself, and it was actually fairly easy to do. I would suggest building it out on top of your vehicle. It really made life easier. So ladies, you can do it if I can do it you can do it. It fit perfect and I’m still able to open the Front half of the jeep. there was little to no extra sound that I even noticed while driving is being installed

To many parts to come apart, crossbars are at top not bottom so sides are of no use to contain cargo.. should have stayed with name brand USA made products..Also has parts that ride on roof itself, even with the thin rubber pads it would take the paint off…returning to amazon

Overall, decent quality. My issue is with the packaging. One step calls for M8x30mm cap screws. It comes pre-assembled. Only problem was that the screws pre-assembled were M8x25mm ... too short considering this is the part that attaches to the drip rail and holds the entire rack to the top. Lowes is just around the corner.

This rack looks great and is easy to assemble and install. Don’t tighten the frame until you have it completely installed and on the roof. This rack looks great and has endless possibilities and functionality. I added some rubber padding under the feet that touch the roof to help with vibration on larger bumps. I would definitely recommend this rack to family and friends.

GOOD. I used an impact electric to install hardware. Make sure all rubber contacts are included before install. All 4 lockdown bolts were too short, so I had to supply my own. It's a kit so be warned! Pretty sure it's 100% secure now

Packaged very well except for a little snag on the rubber lip. It had a couple of holes out of the box. Pretty easy install, lightweight but strong. I didn’t realize it had a T-slot system and I love it. Lots of options for carrying cargo. I’ve already gotten compliments on it and I really like the handles on each side and my current kayak stackers fit on the crossbars just fine. Very versatile roof rack system.***Update***Started to hear a rattle and determined that the rubber pads were coming off or were not touching the roof at all. I had some rubber sheets that were the same thickness and cut to size and used two instead of one on each of the four brackets and it fixed the rattling sound. The manufacturer should make the pads thicker or put in more pads.
