I bought these for my 10-year old. Overall they are very comfortable - just be sure to wash them first. Started getting a small hole after only a couple uses, but still in solid condition.

Hard to find this length and I need a longer sock with my a 1.8m/6ft height. A little tighter than previous pair but that actually has helped them stay in place so not a bad thing, and might break in with use.

I like that they are dark red but not burgundy. My 8yr old uses these for practice. They are great quality. Nice and thick. My son is at mite level and likes to throw himself to the ground and the knees are holding up great. I've found the same quality cheaper (such as ccm website) but I don't know the quality of those vs. these. Overalls I'm happy with the purchase. I anticipate he'll be able to wear them next season as well.
