I have loved this game since I was a kid, and now I'm enjoying it all over again with my grandkids. The problem has always been storing the board separate from the marbles and dice. This set is perfect! The board pieces store in a small-ish box with all the game pieces. In addition to easy storage, you can set up just what you need for the players involved without need for a different board (or trying to explain ignoring parts of a big board). We hook up just 2 or 3 sides for the youngest grandchild, and up to all 6 pieces for the older one. It's been really great for good game play.The board pieces are nice quality. All of the pieces hook together as designed without problems. The board lays nicely and is more stable than the traditional cardboard ones. The marbles are lighter than traditional marbles but are smooth and nicely made. The dice are nice, too, and I love that each set of marbles comes with its own colored dice. No more fighting over the dice or who rolled what, etc.; everyone rolls their own.

We found this game at a local bar and quickly got addicted. We found this version which is great because the pieces come apart so it doesn’t take as much space for storage and it’s great to take along when you travel. It’s a great easy game to learn for pretty much any age.

Nice sturdy game will last a long time. Pieces fit together for normal size games but creates a nice compact game to travel with. Includes bag to store it in.

We’ve played this game on the cardboard set with friends while camping. Their board broke in half so I bought the wood set and LOVE it! We all enjoy playing this game. It does bug me that two of the dice/marbles colors do t match the colors on the board (different shades) so I rated it 4 stars for that mismatched feature. Love that the wood set easily converts to 4 players instead of six. Marbles are plastic…kinda wish they were real marbles to match them he sturdy quality of the wood. All in all great purchase and super fun game!

We played this game on Christmas Eve, it was a huge hit. The kids and teenagers loved it. The game seems good quality and the directions are easy. Great family game.

Brings a new twist to the original game. Would like to see maybe deeper holes or pegs instead of marbles as the marbles always want to fall out. But fun and aggravating game!
