I've been taking another Solgar vitamin product that I purchase from a local health food store for a while now, and I like the brand. Thought I would try this multi. Pleased to find that this capsule is smaller than the large tablet of the other brand I've been taking. I also only need to take one of these for a full dose, and I needed two of the other brand. That's great - these are smaller, easier to swallow, and I only need one. At first it, it looked like a higher cost than my other multi, but considering I only take one instead of two each day, it evens out. As far as the vitamin mix in this product, a couple of these seem a bit high, like the b12 and zinc, but overall seems to cover the bases of a general multi.

Good Product and I no longer pee yellow!

Vitamins are vitamins. I've never noticed any changes from taking multi-vitamins; however, there is one noticeable result from these: I have a Vitamin D deficiency and was prescribed a supplement. I noticed the amount of Vitamin D was pretty high in these vitamins. Knowing I had test coming up, I stopped taking the D3 supplements and relied just on these vitamins. Results came back well within normal range so there is enough D to keep my levels normal without having to take an additional D3 supplement. Always glad to eliminate a "pill" from my regimen. I now have these as a subscription and don't have to worry about always wondering what multivitamin to buy.
