Good stuff right here. I love that these help keep me regular. I love that they are shelf stable. I love that the formula includes 26 strains (several which are clinically studied), a high (100 billion) CFU count, prebiotics, digestive enzymes and is affordable. I love that it is lab verified, non GMO and dairy/gluten & egg free. They are veggie caps, not gelatin which I like and they are acid resistant meaning they make it past the stomach acid to the intestine where it needs to be. Made in the USA. Wish there were more than 30 capsules in a bottle and that it was a glass bottle, but I understand that the bottle is specially designed to maintain the viability of the probiotics, so I am okay with it. I have this in my regular probiotic rotation so as to avoid mono culturing (growing too many of the same type of probiotics in my digestive tract). I also incorporate several fermented foods to try and foster a variety of healthy bacteria in my body.

This pill, like most probiotics, is HUGE. It does take some practice swallowing it but it does work quite well. I have noticed an improvement in my gut health since starting to take it. I started with once a day but that wasn't quite enough and taking it twice daily really helps. There is no taste, as it is a capsule and is reasonably priced. Most probioitcs are usually 20-30 dollars more so this was a nice suprise to find.

These were recommended to me by my nutritionist and they seem like they're high quality but I could not tell if they made a difference in my digestive health. I'm used to taking capsules so to me it was easy to swallow.

I love how I don’t get nauseous whenever I take these probiotics. All women need to take their daily probiotics and this one is a great choice because the label has a lot of information, so that you can be comfortable taking the pills and 26 strains that are guarantees good gut and vaginal health which we often neglect. The capsules are small, which is very nice. However, I couldn't tell if the product helped me or not.

After watching Netflix’s documentary on gut health, I needed to find a probiotic to add to my routine. This one had the ingredients I was looking for without fillers. I found taking it at night works best for me along with my vitamins. It took a few days to get used to it but it does the job! Even on a plant based diet, I needed an extra boost without adding more fiber.
