Texture takes some getting used to but after 2 weeks of using it, noticed my complexion improved and pores became smaller. Skin is very smooth after and not dry at all.

It works pretty well on my face, leaving skin smooth but not overpowering!

The listing mostly talks about the physical exfoliating products of this cleanser, and how gentle it is for daily use, but the ingredients list surprised me. There's citric acid high on the list (higher than I've seen so far in products I've used), with saliclyc acid not far behind, and gluconolactone in there to boot - so all 3 hydroxy acids: AHA, BHA, and PHA. I know you're washing it off and the box says this is a daily product, but given those ingredients PLUS having physical exfoliating properties as well, for my skin I would not use this more than once a week, unless the percents of these acids were disclosed and are lower than the typical amount used in other products (e.g. salicylic acid is often 2%, but if it's lower in this product I would be less worried).As far as this product in use, it absolutely delivers on the promise of a spa-like aromatherapy experience. Oh my goodness is the smell of this refined. It's smells of sweet citrus and orange peel at first, with savory undertones, most likely from the bergamot and rosemary oils. It is absolutely delightful. It feels nice and gently foaming when you first put it on and the physical exfoliation is so gentle you barely notice it. Adding more water helps this foam into a more soapy texture for washing your face, and when washed off my face feels very clean and hydrated, surprisingly without feeling tight or dry.As for the physical exfoliant, I had some lightly flaking skin before using this, and after using this and a toner and letting them both sink in, I noticed less, but still noticeable, flaking. That may be in line with the listing's claim of 33% reduction in dead skin cells?- As a physical exfoliant I would say this is definitely gentle enough for daily use and if I used it daily I do feel it would stop the flaking after a few days. (Again, I do not plan to use this daily because I have sensitive skin and am not comfortable with using a triple-hydroxy-acid product on the regular, even if it is being washed off).One other thing to note is that the pH is listed on the box. I love that, so I know it's formulated well for use before serums. I wish more companies would include the pH on the box.I really like this exfoliating cleanser for how gentle and hydrating it is in use, and the wonderful aromatic experience. While I wouldn't use it more than once a week, I prefer it to the other exfoliating products I use a couple of times a week (ones with singular AHA or BHAs in them), and wouldn't hesitate to order more in the future.

Korean brand that offers nice range of products. This cleanser foams up nicely, and cleanses skin thoroughly. It’s drying on my skin though.

Trust me when I say you don't need much of this to get the job done. I squirted out the amount I use of my regular brand and it was WAY too much. It lathers like crazy and I wound up with it up my nose. It was totally my fault and I learned my lesson. With that said, I really like how this performs. It isn't nearly as gritty many exfoliating cleansers, but it still does a good job at giving my face a gentle exfoliation. The lather is second to none. It honestly lathers better than any other face cleanser I've ever used. The only thing I didn't care for is its scent. It has an herbal scent that I don't care for, but that's just my personal taste and others may love it. The scent isn't a deal breaker for me by any means because it's fleeting, isn't horrible to me, and the performance of the product outweighs my dislike for it. I only started using this a few days ago so I can't say for sure what benefits long-term usage might have for me, but I will say that I'm so pleased with its performance so far that there's a good chance I'll get more when I run out.

I have been using facial exfoliants for many, many years, and this is one of the least abrasive ones I've had the pleasure to encounter. It smells very light and clean, almost citrusy but subtle. Following the instructions, I applied it to my damp face, and massaged it around in circular motions. I was pleasantly surprised by how much lather it made, which to me meant it was doing a good job of cleaning and moisturizing while also removing dead skin. After a thorough rinse with tepid water, my skin not only felt smooth, but softer as well. In the past, harsher exfoliants have left my skin irritated and reddened. This product is so gentle it left my skin calm and velvety, which is why I think it does a good job of moisturizing while exfoliating.I have been exploring in the world of Korean skincare for a short time now, and it is an eye opening how extraordinary some of these products are at doing what they claim. This is one of those products, and likely the only facial exfoliant I will use going forward.

Smells bad, sticky feeling afterwards, tried rinsing several times, not tacky uncomfortable sticky.!! Not my favorite.
