Yes. My hat is the same. The hat is easily adjusted to multiple sizes.

Q: Can an adult male use this hat?

Yes, I normally wear a 7 3/8 in fitted hats, but no longer like the brim design on the 59Fifty. So, I tried this adjustable hat and didn't even need to adjust and the brim has a nice natural bow/curve to it making it perfect for my needs.
