We bought this scooter for my son's commute to school. It stopped working 6 months after purchase. I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly and said they would send a replacement part to fix the scooter. The part did not fix the issue. They said they would send another part. That one also didn't work, so they said they would send another... This has gone on for another six months. I have replaced nearly every part of the scooter without success. The last part they sent, I was told would arrive about 6 weeks ago. Every time I reach out, they say they are trying to get the warehouse to send it. Clearly it's not coming and they are not going to replace the scooter, as they originally told me they would, if the replacement parts didn't work. I'm disappointed that they gave me such a runaround. It would have been better if they just told me I would have to buy another scooter without wasting my time.

Very poor quality. I bought 3.Battery life was not good. When it had three bars for battery life the scooter just stopped. Within a month battery would not charge. Extremely bad customer service! Would not accept our return request. Took months and we had to send picture after picture to ensure them they didn't work. I would NEVER buy from this company again!!!
