Goes on wet. You gotta flap your arms like a chicken to dry it out before you put your shirt on.
Goes on wet. Scent is overwhelming. Once the wetness dries after you flap your arms a bit, it's not too bad, but I wouldn't buy it again. The antiperspirant one is much better.
