I am so pleased with this purchase. I will be defrosting my hand picked fruit next week ready to fire up the stove for some serious jam making. I bought these jars to use as wedding favours and I am very pleased with the appearance of the jars. Nicely made, beautiful shape and just the right size to give away as gifts.I would also like to say that I ordered this product on a whim on the bank holiday but still got it by the Wednesday, which is fantastic service thank you.My only complaint, which is no fault of the seller, that the company who delivered the huge box just left it dumped on my doorstep while I was out. Thanks a bunch, blooming good job if you ask me that I live in a low crime area........Will buy this product again for sure once I run out of these ones!!

I ordered these to make onion chutney wedding favours for our wedding next year. They were easily the best price I could find anywhere. They were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. They are an ideal size for favours too - not too big or small. Have put the whole lot through the dishwasher to sterilise and am making my chutney today to fill them and decorate! Very highly recommended.

Great jars, good size for jam and speedy service! Bit disappointed the lids didn’t fit quite as snugly as expected!

These arrived quickly and are exactly as described but a couple of the lids don't fit snugly onto the jars - and that's not good for preserving.

I use these half pound jars for honey, not jam, and they are very good. I bought from The Bottle Company (South) Ltd. The jars come with lids; jars well packed in one box and lids in another. All arrived safely. There are other similar jars from other suppliers, but I am reviewing just these. They are pretty and robustly made. They are far cheaper than similar types sold by beekeeping companies and others.

Cancelled my order due to ridiculous postal surcharge for living in Inverness, Scotland which is accessed by the A9 and only 3 hours form Perth, hardly the back of beyond! Dreadful, would have had to pay an extra £52!

These jars arrived quickly with lids included. I appreciate the price of them and am very pleased with the quality. Would have been pleased to be able to choose the colour of the lid, but am just grateful that the lid came with them in the first place!Very pleased with this purchase-would highly recommend

I've washed and reused these jars many times now. I (and others) use them for jams, pickles and occasionally spice storage. They have really stood the test of time including the sterilization process we use for jams and pickles.They have been heated to 200-230*C in the oven a few times and still not cracks or issues. Except with the ones I drop :P
