No blurry vision after application.
This eye gel has helped with my dry eyes. Easy to use - I put onto the end of a clean cotton buds as it's easier. I use at bedtime and in the morning. Relief is instant. No blurry vision either. Definitely recommend

not best for night
I wanted a gel for my dry eyes to work overnight. Although this is suitable for night use, the effect is temporary and wears off quickly.

Not the easiest application, but seems to help
The invitation to trial this was timely, as I've had a very sore and irritated eye, brought on I think by a combination of some heavy screen-time and the start of the hayfever season. I've been desperate for anything that might help. It's important to appreciate that this contains no medication; there's nothing to treat either inflammation or irritation per se. Instead, it contains a polymer which acts as a combined barrier and lubricant. The idea is that by addressing dryness and increasing surface protection, the symptoms will indirectly be relieved. I don't find it super easy to apply. You don't apply directly to the eye, in case you jab yourself with the nozzle. Instead, you extend the lower lid to form a pocket, drop one or two drops into it, then spread it around the eye by blinking. One issue I've found is that even though it's not an irritant, putting anything into your eye when it's already very sore and weepy is quite challenging. There's no sting or anything, but my eye tends to water more, just from the act of putting something in it. This can result in a lot of the ointment being washed straight out again. Another issue is that because it's very glutinous, sometimes withdrawing the nozzle drags with it most of the gel you have just carefully put in - it doesn't want to come off the nozzle. To avoid contamination, you are not supposed to let the nozzle touch anything, so you can't wipe it on the rim of your eye to make sure the gel stays in your eye, not on the nozzle. I have found that tilting my head back and inverting the tube more helps, so that gravity helps the drop leave the nozzle. I do think, over the course of several days, my eye is becoming less inflamed. For hygiene reasons, you are instructed to discard the tube 30 days after opening, which could be quite wasteful if you haven't used it all, but this is true of most similar products.
