I just received the shopping cart and used it for the first time. Everything is as promised.

Good morning, I received this carriage this week. As you can see in the picture the piece covering the handle is a little bit ripped and not only that some tie wraps were found broken in the box which leads me to believe this carriage is not really brand new. I little bit disappointment for the price I paid it.
