Amazing product! I ordered after being disappointed by a national brand. Instead of being pleased I was overjoyed by the rich flavor and deep dark color. I immediately made a batch of hot cocoa upon its arrival as a test. It was like drinking a cup of fudge! I will definitely purchase again, and this company has gained a new loyal customer. Buy this cocoa, you won’t be sorry!

This cocoa powder is outstanding. It's incredibly smooth; full-flavored but not overpowering despite the intense black color. I added some to my morning coffee and I think this will quickly become a habit :) No negatives. Fat content on a per-gram basis is slightly lower than some others (if my calculations are right) but it tastes great. I haven't baked with it yet but if I notice any issues I'll update this review. As a "chocoholic" (and with a relative who's a pastry chef), I've tried the high-end brands and this one is right up there. Excellent value. I'll definitely buy again!

A very fine, very dark, cocoa powder with no sugars or flavors added. I use it in my hot black coffee. This is probably best for baking but if, like me, you want the health benefits of dark chocolate without carbs and calories, then this is what you are looking for.

Good product. I used this to create a dye-free black frosting for cake decorating. Turned out fantastic! The color was a deep black color, and the frosting tasted like oreo flavored brownie batter! Good purchase.

This is delicious! It raises the bar for chocolate cake. The flavor is more Oreo than cocoa. It makes the batter or frosting black instead of dark brown. I have bought several of these because it isn't available to me locally.
