Best Value ASA
On the QIDI X-Plus-3 which is a fully enclosed, chamber heated Bambu competitor in the high speed printer range. Adhesion: clean PEI bed (occasionally I will wipe the PEI bed with alcohol to remove fingerprint/oil from bed) No other adhesion used. Settings for the ERYONE ASA: (Modification of the QIDI ASA base setting) QIDI Slicer (Prusa) Nozzle: 250 1st layer, 270 other layers Bed: 105 Chamber: 60 (most printers won't have a heated chamber, main reason I got the Xp3) Cooling fan: Off Chamber fan: 40% Chamber cover: On (Xp3 has a lid you can remove for PLA and others that don't need the heat) Pressure advance: .021mm/s Speed: 250 mm/s Flow: 117%. (most important for my printer at least) ASA for 17 bucks is a fabulous deal and it prints great on the QIDI Xp3 at high rates of speeds. If there are errors in the print, it's usually due to a fail in my prep of the surface or printer or in the design. I've used 3 rolls of this so far and will continue to use it as long as it doesn't change quality or price.

Absolute garbage filament
Absolute trash filament, I exclusively print with ASA Aero filaments and this stuff is the worst i have ever printed. If it’s to hot it reduce to oil, to cool it clogs up the nozzle, there is no happy medium, I wouldn’t recommend every buying this crap. You can dry it as long as you like to makes 0.0 difference in the print quality, I’ll stick to my other brands before every buying this again.

magic filament
the best filament ive tried thus far (no glue stick needed, strong: holds 100x own weight under one pixel cube, self-separates from plate after cooling) but need to clean lidar after

Works
Didn’t stick to my BAMBU PEI at 90c. Raised to 100c (chamber 45c) and it works. It’s not the warm tone white, definitely the best you would expect. But for the price, it’s good choice

Smelly
Way more smelly than any other ASA I've used so make sure you have some sort of filtration or window nearby! Was curious how good it could be since ASA is usually no where near this cheap but it surprisingly printed perfect! Took a chance since I've had good success with other elegoo items so gave it a shot and glad I did! Had no issues with the filament at all! Just make sure you prepare for the smell!

Good filament
This was my first time using ASA but it wasn't bad hotend 260°C and the bed at 100°C at about 25mm/s. I had a little bit of curling but with some adjustments I think I will be doing some awesome prints! Very good adhesion and it looks great, I was ready to fight with a new type of filament but it wasn't bad at all. Highly modified ender 3 pro with sprite pro extruder and enclosure.

Prints well - but odor is *really* bad (even for ASA). Winding is a bit sloppy.
In the past I only used ASA from Polymaker. But I had been using more and more of it, and thought I'd try out the ASA from Eryone and also save a few dollars (literally a FEW - it's not much cheaper). Everything I have printed so far (nearly half the roll) has come out well. Seems fairly dimensionally accurate so far. Doesn't warp very much (I use a thick brim just for added insurance). Adheres well to textured PEI sheet without glue stick. The first issue is that it REALLY smells bad when printing. I have printed multiple rolls of the Polymaker ASA and while it, too, has an odor that makes you want to use it in an enclosure with air filtration...I'd say the Eryone ASA is at least TWICE as noxious smelling as the Polymaker ASA. Because this is only the second manufacture's ASA I've used I can't compare it to other ASAs. But it is MUCH worse smelling than the Polymaker. It's so bad, I don't feel comfortable being in the same room when it's printing, even if I have cracked open a window. Second, albeit more minor issue is the winding on the roll is a bit sloppy. It's probably on the low side of today's "average:. But their photos show a real tight winding like Prusament has - but it's not actually nicely wound like Prusament. So I feel it is deceptive. Compare my photo with the advertised winding and I think you'll agree. I prefer manufacturers like Polymaker where their photos pretty much match what you see when you open the roll versus Eryone where their photos make their winding quality look like A+....but then you get it and it's a C or C-. So marking a point down for deceptive advertising.

Not easy to print with
I'm not a beginner at 3d printing, and have printed plenty of harder to print materials including other brands of ASA, nylon, pc, petg, etc - as well as cf and gf filled variations. I've used eryone brand petg-cf and although its vacuum sealed with high humidity (40%+), once I dry it overnight it prints well. This ASA is extremely hard to print with. I've used bed temps from 90 to 115c with both textured and smooth pei. I've tried chamber temps from 40 to 55c, I've dried filament for 24hrs with showing around 12% humidity (lowest it will show). Bed is clean, no issue with other brands of ASA. If Nozzle temps too low layers break easily and too high it warps off the bed.. I've drastically lowered print speed to the 30-50 recommend... on a 3 hour print when it does get a good first layer, less than an hour in and it fails (usually from releasing from bed). I waited too long to try this roll so cannot return... Very frustrating experience from a very experienced user. Used half this roll determined i could get it to work...the rest of this roll is going in the trash. As others have mentioned the smell is stronger than other ASA brands I've tried.

Recomendado

Eryone has always been a reliable filament for me. This white ASA-GF is no different. Beautiful finish with 65C chamber, 100C bed and 275C hotend (diamondback nozzle), 15-25% part cooling on overhangs. I printed at 40-60mm/s, 0.90 extrusion multiplier, 0.6mm nozzle and the part came out beautifully. Bed adhesion is incredible on PEI with Bed Weld glue, yet released just fine once cooled. What surprises me the most is how tough the material feels. It's less rigid than polycarbonate, to be sure; feels more like PA12 but much easier to print and more heat and UV resistant. Already ordered more spools. Highly recommended.

I have a few different Eryone Products PETG-CF ABS-CF ASA and I then went for this mainly for parts where heat can affect PETG and I have found all the Eryone filament I have that is easy to print and gives a great finish I useed the same settings as I used with ASA and ABS-CF which is 260 ob the nozzle and 100 on the build plate. I do use an enclosed printer (Elegoo Centauri Carbon) which helps I also use an Engineering Plate that requires bed adhesive to release the print and I have never had an issue. MY bed adhesive of choice is Layerneer Bed Weld also from Amazon I dont use glue sticks just find them too messy. I

Lässt sich sehr gut drucken. Habe Taschenhaken für meinen Rollstuhl damit gedruckt. Sehr stabil.
