waste of time to purchase, wait for it to set up to configure and to figure out it’s a piece of junk
well I’m old and I’m dying from ALS. I’m having to move my at home office to an at home office in my lap. I really just need to write emails and maybe buy parts online. I know I could do it from my phone but if I wanted to jack with my phone I wouldn’t have purchased a laptop and a lap desk so that I could use it in my recliner. first things first… I’m not sure what an antiglare screen is supposed to mean. I kind of thought that it meant that there was gonna be no glare. But I can see myself better in the screen then I can see the screen. And I’m not sure if this keyboard will light up… But as of right now I can’t figure out what key is what because for some reason HP thought it was gonna be real smart to make a silver keyboard and then put the letters in silver on it so that you have to cock your head sideways and try to catch it at an angle to see what keys you’re hitting. But that’s OK in a way because I was already having to move my head around in order just to see the screen. I just loaded Google Chrome on here and synced it with my home office personal computer and that’s nice. And the touchscreen is nice… But unless you want to use this thing at night and you have the keyboard memorized… Home office during the day is an impossibility. but I’m gonna give it a shot… But here in a minute I’m actually probably also going to order another laptop… Because where I’m sitting right now is where I plan on sitting until I can’t sit anymore. I prefer to look outside on occasion and maybe watch the price is right on my computer screen. And that’s what I should be allowed to do especially when the item description says anti-glare and doesn’t mention that you’re not gonna be able to see the keyboard. EDIT - there is absolutely no light on the dashboard. Even when you hit the power on button nothing lights up to let you know whether you’ve accomplished that or not… Sometimes the screen will come on and sometimes it won’t I started banging on the darn thing with my iPhone to try to commence the power button to turn on. I gave the laptop a few minutes to think about it and during those few minutes I set up a return and I ordered a brand new Dell laptop

Limits Access to non-Microsoft apps
This computer comes in S Mode and greatly limits you access to non-Microsoft products; it is in essence a Google Chrome book, only by Microsoft. Also, once you "use" the computer and find this out, it is not returnable for full value. This limitation is not disclosed in the description.

Laptop is nice, not able to charge.
I bought the Laptop used it for about 30 minutes the first time just now went to use it a second time and realize the charger doesn’t charge my laptop. Not sure what’s going on, but this is the first time I’ve needed to charge it since I don’t really use it often.
