Feels really smooth . Nice dark black color. No irritation or watering in the eyes. Since it’s natural and chemical free there is no waterproof or smudge proof. But stays enough don’t run down . Not to be used as eyeliner on outside . Should be used on waterline . Overall happy with the quality. Keep my eyes moisturized and itch free.
