So far this pro/pre biotic had been working well. I actually missed a few days because I forgot it while I was traveling. I couldn't wait to get back home to take it. It's not harsh, it works well. I feel less bloated, there is no taste, and I'm definitely having normal productive bowl movements. I do take this with this brands zeolite just to clean out my body and digestive track. I'm working on my gut biome. It definitely seems to be working! I most definitely recommend this product.

Didn't rock my system to start these which is fantastic, and also my system is performing better with certain foods, especially dairy. Definitely worth a try! The cultures in these contain a lot of strains that are supported by actual research so that's why I tried them, and I've been happy with them.

I typically take Amazon's own brand of fairly basic probiotic daily, but I like occasionally adding some variety, and this is chock full of variety. It's definitely pricier that generic Amazon, but competitive per serving compared to other premium brands.The capsules are a bit smaller than the Amazon brand, and are very uniformly assembled, which speaks to attention to quality for me. While there's a lot of disagreement on the effectiveness of specific microbiota supplements, and I take them primarily prophylactically, these seem to be fine, with no negative side effects. I'd definitely be willing to consider them in the future when I'm looking to mix up my intestinal flora.

This seems to be one of the better probiotic options out there, and has had a positive overall effect on my GI system. The supplement was very well sealed upon arrival and about as fresh as it could get. The capsules are a medium size and easy to take with a meal and something to drink. The capsules don't taste like anything themselves, and surprisingly they didn't seem to add to indigestion, and in fact seemed to reduce it over several days.These are a refrigerated probiotic, so the biggest challenge I've found is reminding myself to take them with my morning meal. Other than that, these seem legitimate and well manufactured.

2 month supply of the good stuff. I'm far from an expert on health supplements. I've been taking various probiotics nonstop for a couple of years now. The only time I take notice is when something doesn't work as it should. These seem to do the job.
