Absolutely brilliant (and powerful) little brick
I have been using this for ~9 months, since September 2024, and this thing is fantastic. I have a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i Gen 8 RTX 4080 laptop. It's a power hog, especially when running the graphics card at full, and has only limited functionality without a 330W brick attached. The OEM 330W that the laptop comes with is large and heavy. Not a problem when it's stationary and at a home dock, but a huge pain to move with anywhere, even just around the house, which is exactly why I ordered this SlimQ version. This thing is tiny compared to the OEM. It has been an absolute joy to be able to travel with it, use it around the house, bring it to coffee shops, etc. I have tested and verified it pulls ~330W when needed (actual number varies constantly according to laptop draw) and functions equivalently to the OEM brick for me. I am able to run games, ML training, videos, browsing, etc., with no power issues. I've noticed no differences in temperature under load from the OEM brick and have experienced no heat issues. The two 100W USB-C ports are icing on the cake and have actually made this the sole transformer I bring when traveling (aside from the laptop, everything else I travel with is USB-C). In the end, this gives me a full-power laptop charger and two 100W USB chargers, all with significantly reduced weight and volume. It's fantastic! It's such a simple thing, but honestly one of my favorite toys, so much so that I am excitedly purchasing the 150W variant for my wife's less power-hungry laptop. I've had a great experience and would highly recommend the SlimQ GaN chargers to all.I've noticed the manufacturer being quite active with support on Reddit and elsewhere. If you have questions or issues, give them a ping before or after purchasing and it seems likely that they'll be eager to help.

Great replacement, spare, or travel charger for any device.
After ordering a replacement for my Gigabyte gaming laptop from overseas, I got impatient and decided to give this a whirl. I love the compact size of the charger and the carrying case that comes with it. It works great for my laptop and provides ample power for the mobile 4090 workhorse!

Loose connections
The media could not be loaded. Although this power supply is better than the original supply that came with my Asus Rog, and I like the modular design that allows to buy different cords, it suffers from the same problem as my original supply - loose connections. It's incredibly frustrating the companies are unable to design a power supply with tight connections that don't become loose. As things stand, I have to be very careful not to pull out the cord from the power supply. The connection became very loose after only a couple of times the cord pulled out form the power supply on the side that has only 2 round holes. it's unbelievable the companies cannot design basic things better.Edit: After 4 months started giving inconsistent power output, which causes my laptop (which is very sensitive) to shuttle between charging / battery modes. I checked with another power supply, and it doesn't have this issue. Downgrading to 1 star as a result.

Works on top-tier ASUS models, huge clean power, compact size
Replaced the charger for my 2023 Asus G14 4090, 2025 Asus G16 5090, 2025 Asus G14 5080. It even works well with higher wattage VBIOS mods on these laptops (175w full fat 5090 vbios).2025 g16 and g14 use the same adapter end (sold separately from SlimQ).It's considerably smaller, but slightly thicker than the stock 280w Asus charge bricks. The usb-c charging ports are a huge bonus.

Convenient but expensive
It works well and small for what it is but on the flip side, it's dense. It's also expensive (but expected for something this powerful). The two USB-C ports at 100w are nice. The dual usage to power both my Lenovo Thinkpad P15 Gen 2 and my 2024 MacBook Pro 14" is nice as not having to carry two chargers while traveling is worth the price.

Works perfect for my Lenovo Legion Pro 7i 9th Gen laptop
I read the reviews and saw a review where someone wasn't achieving the 330W power and could not get their performance mode to work. The reason being is because that person did not follow the directions as you will not be able to achieve the 330W with a USB-C connector. It MUST use the adapter/plug that is used for the lenovo laptop. I bought that on Amazon as well. Three different adapters a right angle that only uses 300W a extension also 300W and a second extension LABELED 330W. Plugged it in and boom power performance mode works no issue. So if you lenovo legion pro 7i 9th gen users looking for a slim charger. Look no further this is the one!

Bad product having the same problem as everyone else; company ignores all emails also
I’ve tried multiple times to get support from this company via their website, but they will ghost you. They never even replied to my first email. Like many people here, I have the same problem: the cable will not stay plugged into the base. Many times I’ve found my laptop about to die (or dies) because the plug fell out due to it not having a tight fit. Visually and specs wise, this could have been a slam dunk, otherwise, it’s not worth the hassle especially with a company that won’t honor any sort of guarantee by ignoring support emails.Honestly, I would advise against this company’s future product offerings because of their compete lack of communication and commitment to stand behind their products. I would not have left this review if they would have just responded to the number of emails I’ve sent them. I can totally accept that sometimes a product needs some fine tuning and can forgive a company because things happen, but it seems like they just don’t stand by their work. Currently I’m using gaffer tape to keep the cord from coming out of the main unit.
