Really like this pre workout I've been using this and other ronniecoleman products with good results

This stuff is pretty good. I don’t know the caffeine content because it does not say on the container also in the description it says 420 mg but if you look at the pictures, it says 200 mg so I’m not sure what’s going on with that and how much caffeine is actually in it But I have used it. It works well without the jitters or crash.

This is a new version of Ronnie Coleman's Yeah Buddy preworkout. The old version wasn't a 5/5 stars for me, but it was definitely a upper tier preworkout. The old version had 9 grams of ingredients, compared to 5.6 grams in this new formula and it stated how much of each ingredient on the label. Not only do we get far less of the active ingredients in this version, but they're also hiding the actual dosages.The Paradise Infusion flavor is quite good and mixability is great. It's sweet and easy to drink. The effects from one scoop are a bit mediocre though. 2 scoops feels more comparable to the old version and definitely gets the job done, but it's very cost inefficient to take it that way.Unless you are new to preworkouts or are very sensitive to caffeine I would recommend getting the old version of Yeah Buddy or picking something else.

It didn't have a fresh pack & was very clumpy. It had a great taste & affect.

Everything seemed dialed in just right ! Great focus with good clean energy. Recovery between reps. Was very noticeable. The taste and flavor was great & I will definitely purchase again
