Thorne products are dependably high quality for supplements, always consistent, so surprises. The capsules are a bit large so if you have trouble swallowing it might be a challenge. I have been taking them for a few years and my bone density scan is very good for my age. I have an autoimmune disease with a lot of muscle aches, which has diminished since including this supplement in my routine.

It’s the only one that works for me. High quality and potency. Pricier than others but then again you pay more for high quality supplements.

The bottles says to take one, three times a day. I take one a day and lets just say that has been plenty.
