I don't normally write reviews but in this case I feel that this product deserves one.I have had back problems for almost 20 years including surgery on my lower back which still is my weakest spot. My old mattress was getting saggy and causing pain in that weak spot so I bought a pretty nice mattress topper thinking my problems were solved. Not so much, since the topper just took the same shape as the saggy mattress. I decided to see if there were any other options for me before splurging on a brand new mattress. I came across this product and although a little more than I wanted to pay for another fix that may not work, it was much more affordable than a new mattress. When it came in I thought no way would this work especially after seeing that it goes UNDER the mattress. But what did I have to lose?I placed it under my mattress and I could see the improvement immediately. My mattress was actually flat. No sag. Like new. But how would it hold up after sleeping on it?Well I've been sleeping on it for 3 months now and I can't believe the results. I have not had the lower back problems that I've been suffering with for so long. Such a simple design but the answer I had been looking for. My back & I couldn't be happier.I bought the 2 pack thinking that I needed that for my queen size mattress but since the sag was just in the middle where I sleep I only needed one. But since it is made of foam and will probably squish down over time, I'm glad to have a spare. I do turn it occasionally (I'm able to lift the mattress with a little help to do that because my back feels pretty darn good) hoping that it will help extend its life.So in conclusion, considering the state of my back, this product is well worth the money that I spent.

This really helped with the look & feel of my mattress. It started sagging recently and became pretty uncomfortable because of that. This helped to basically fix the issue!I attached pictures to show how much it corrects the sag. There is still a little divot in the mattress, but it is leagues better than before.I was able to insert it by myself, but I could see it being difficult to insert if you can't lift the mattress alone. I don't know how this compares to other mattress correctors, but I am happy with this one.

Not wanting to spend the money on a new mattress, I tried this mattress support do-hickey because a friend recommended it. This thing has changed my life. That sounds a little ridiculous, but sleeping well and not fighting the bed because my back is hurting IS a life changer! Simple to use. 1. Open the box it comes in. 2. Lift the mattress. 3. Slide the support thingy on top of the box springs. 4. Drop the mattress back into place. 5. Put your jammies on. Get into bed. It'll feel like a brand new mattress!

It is somewhat of a help. I found it best to place under a foam pad with a mattress pad on top. Can't feel it if you place between box spring and mattress.

My mattress is about two years old and was expensive however we have a dip in the middle of the bed so I ordered this product not knowing whether it would work, but I will say it is fantastic. I no longer have the dip in the mattress. it’s nice and firm the way I like it And I’ve never slept better. Awesome job.

I have a mattress that was sagging on one side. This insert has really helped, making that side firm again!

Have a 5 year old mattress that started to sag and instead of replacing, wanted to see about a possible "fix." I read online that a pillow placed right under the sag helps, and it did for the interim while I awaited this support pad.Much to my delight, it didn't stink so I didn't have to "offgas" it first. I've only used it one night, and I could tell an immediate, wonderful, helpful difference. It wasn't difficult to place it either. I just marked on the bed frame where the sag was, pushed the mattress up and off the frame, and then gently laid it back on top and the pad stayed in place. I have a full size mattress, not sure if I would be able to do this by myself if it was a bigger size, might need some help. Also, I only purchased the one pad, for me and so the other side does dip down quite a bit as is to be expected. It does take some getting used to as the body gets used to not being properly supported but it is well worth it, and I slept so much better thanks to Ben and Laura!Note, I did take away one star since it was packaged by Meliusly, not Amazon, with the pad flush to the top of the box, and when using a box cutter, it came seriously close to cutting into the pad itself. Perhaps a small bit of packing material?Also, the directions are subpar, in that there is nothing stating what to expect/anticipate with it. Yes, it is self explanatory, but it still would be a nice way to "touch base" with folks.Also, a picture of how exactly to place the pad under the mattress like what's on the web page would be exceedingly helpful especially for someone who does better with pictures, which of course is worth a thousand words...
