The writing experience is quite nice, and the nib glides across the page, using Waterman Serenity Blue ink. I quite like the weight of the pen, with the body made of metal. The surface paint finish is nice and seems durable. The grip on the painted parts is good as well. The o ring between the gripping section and the body means you can probably fill the body with ink and then close it to use it like an eyedropper pen. It held water well enough when I was cleaning it. If you like the design, I highly recommend getting this pen.

It is smooth but not slippery. Almost feels like it's made of ceramic. Weighted, and the nib glides. I have my own ink so i was delighted that it comes with a converter. The color is so beautiful. This gorgeous pen is a testament to modern Chinese style and skill in manufacturing delightful, charming, beautiful, quality items. I LOVE IT!

This cute pen was a great value. I always prefer broad or stub nibs. This pen was my first fine nib so I didn't want to spend alot of money. I filled the converter and it began to write immediately. It was smooth and I could write at a good speed. The cap is postable and it snaps on with a nice click. Would buy again.
